The Minister of Youth and Children Affairs, Honorable Florence Nakiwala, has committed to ensuring that Pretty Nicole, a young girl who dropped out of school several years ago, returns to her studies.

Minister Nakiwala, widely recognized for her dedication to youth welfare, expressed concern about the recent challenges that led to Nicole’s prolonged absence from school and emphasized her commitment to helping Nicole build a brighter future.

Pretty Nicole, who became an internet sensation amid a series of personal controversies, left school at a young age. Speaking to the media, Minister Nakiwala voiced disappointment over cases like Nicole’s, where young girls forgo educational opportunities.

“It’s heartbreaking to see young girls facing such hardships when they have the option to return to school and secure a better future,” she said.

Nicole gained public attention after a video surfaced showing her involved in a dispute, which escalated to physical violence, allegedly over a romantic misunderstanding.

Her mother explained that Nicole’s departure from school was influenced by peers who discouraged her from pursuing education. Despite offers from well-wishers, including Hajjat Kulthum, who pledged to support her schooling, Nicole has continued to resist returning to her studies since completing primary school.

Minister Nakiwala is determined to reverse this course. She emphasized that the government is ready to step in if Nicole’s parents cannot convince her to return to school.

“I promise Pretty Nicole will return to school. She’s not yet in a position to make such decisions on her own, and if her parents are unable to help, the government will intervene. We don’t want to see young girls miss out on their chance at a better future,” the minister affirmed.
