The negative news coming through reveals that controversial Masaka city businessman, Emmanuel Lwasa Kaweesi has lost prime property over failure to pay an Equity Bank loan worth Millions.
According to the reports ,the Masaka based businessman obtained a loan from Equity Bank with purpose of boosting his various business ventures.
Unfortunately, the outcome was not as anticipated, and the Money he acquired did not yield positive results hence failing to clear the loan amount in the agreed period.
In an attempt to recover, the loaned amount ,the bank has taken possession of some of Lwasa’s properties including his Tavern Kick Club located in Masaka.
To facilitate the potential sale of the property , the bank has prominently paraded it’s contact information on the premises.
This revelation by the bank has caused quite a stir in the local community ,as Tarven kick club was a popular hotspot for entertainment and social gathering.
