Cold Q a renowned member of the renowned comedy duo , Crazy University has passed away after a prolonged illness.
Known for his humor and lively performances, He had recently faced significant medical challenges that left him dependent on life-supporting equipment. For months, his daily treatment expenses exceeded UGX 350,000, an overwhelming cost that required a fundraising effort led by fellow comedians.
In recent months, comedians came together under their collective umbrella to raise awareness about ColdQ’s situation and called on brands and well-wishers for support.
MC Mariachi, speaking to the press, highlighted the immense financial burden Cold Q’s treatment had placed on him and his friends, explaining that their efforts aimed to ease the strain as they struggled with limited resources themselves.
