“Toka Kwa Balabala” fame singer, Adam Mulwana is dead.
Adam Mulwana reportedly passed away in the early hours of Tuesday 13th February 2024 at Doctor’s Hospital – Seguku.
Just after midnight, in the hours of Monday night crossing into Tuesday, social media was filled up with the sad news of Adam Mulwana’s demise.
The news was broken by MP Muhammad Nsereko, who via his Socials announced the death of Adam Mulwana.
“Sad news of the passing on of Adam Mulwana, a young and patriotic artist. You have indeed fought your battle and have finally gone to meet our creator.
You have left a trail that the living and those to come after shall follow.
Rest in Peace brother.”, Muhammad Nsereko announced.
The cause of Mulwana’s death is yet to be revealed but he had history of liver complications in recent years.
In March 2023, Adam Mulwana was hospitalized with liver complications arose from food poisoning
He was later flown to Kenya where he underwent a successful operation and he appeared stabilized but always had medical checkups to monitor his health status.
It should recalled that Mulwana came out and disclosed that he was poisoned after a lady disguised as his fan from USA requested to meet him at a restaurant , and bought him a pizza , thanking him for the good composition in his music.
After the meet-up, the lady also handed Mulwana USD 300 to help him with other needs that he needed to clear. However, since that day he has never been the same again as his health started to deteriote.
