Singer Mulwana Patrick, popularly known as Alien Skin, has fired back at his critics with a bold message, making it clear that he is not quitting music anytime soon.
Speaking during a TikTok Live session, the Fangone Forest boss said the only way he would ever walk away from music is if he becomes extremely rich and he challenged his haters to pray for that moment to come.
The “Party” singer explained that music is the only job he knows, and unless he reaches a level of financial comfort that allows him to retire, he will continue releasing songs, regardless of the criticism.
He added that money has already had a positive impact on his life, saying even the little he has earned so far has helped him gain some discipline and self-control.
“People who don’t want to see me sing anymore should pray very hard for me to get a lot of money and quit music.
This is the only job I know. If they can’t pray, then they should get used to seeing me sing the music they don’t like,” Alien Skin said.
The controversial singer also noted that some habits he once had have disappeared since he started earning, adding that real wealth would completely fulfill his critics’ wishes.
“Some things I no longer do ever since I got a little money. If I become rich, I will give my haters exactly what they want,” he added.
Alien Skin has in the past announced plans to quit the music industry, even setting dates, but none of those promises have materialized.
Despite the criticism, Alien Skin remains one of Uganda’s most talked-about musicians, known for his outspoken nature and frequent clashes with fans, fellow artists, and media personalities.
