Embattled socialite Bryan White has come out with a fresh update about his health after once again failing to appear before the Makindye Magistrate’s Court on Monday.
Bryan White, who is facing serious charges of manslaughter and human sacrifice, did not show up leaving the courtroom tense. The father of the late Caroline, Ssalongo Mutyaba, arrived early hoping to finally see progress, only to be disappointed when Bryan White failed to appear.
In a long social media post, Bryan White begged authorities and the public to allow him time to recover before returning to court.
According to him, he is going through severe pain, daily wound dressing, and heavy medication that has left him unable to sit, stand, or walk normally.
“I survive on painkillers… I wasn’t pretending in court. Police grabbed me from the hospital yet they are the same people who said I should heal first. I can’t sit, I can’t stand,” he wrote.
He also denied any intentions of skipping justice:
“I can never run away from Uganda. Never!”,he assured the nation.
Bryan White also addressed the late Caroline’s family, saying he understands their pain.
“I know the family is aggrieved, but deep down they know I can never harm their daughter. God knows the truth,” he said.
The tycoon ended by pleading for time to heal before he faces the law.
