Singer Joan Namugerwa alias Jowy Landa has stirred up controversy with her bold statement claiming that source management singer Spice Diana doesn’t even come close to her level of talent.
In a recent interview, while Jowy acknowledged Spice Diana’s success and popular hits, she made it clear that, in terms of raw talent, she believes she is far superior.
“Spice Diana sings well, but I honestly don’t think she’s even a quarter of my talent. I believe I’m much better, though she’s good,” Jowy confidently asserted.
Often compared to some of Uganda’s leading female artists, the former Team No Sleep (TNS) took it a step further by referring to herself as “Uganda’s Beyoncé.”
Beyond her musical career, Jowy also shared insights into her personal life, revealing her plans for motherhood. She explained that she is taking three years to carefully consider her options before making any decisions, especially when it comes to choosing the right partner.
