Kamoga’s legal action was initiated through his attorneys, Kusingura Tindyebwa & Co. Advocates.
According to Kamoga’s lawyer, Mr. Kusingura Tindyebwa, DJ Ssuuna Ben has repeatedly made defamatory statements about Kamoga, falsely labeling him a fraudster, which has severely damaged his personal and professional reputation.
The case stems from an alleged incident in 2024, where Kamoga assisted Ssuuna with transferring a land title for a property located at Bukaya into his name.
It is claimed that Kamoga fraudulently added another name to the transfer document, implying that Ssuuna co-owns the property in Garuga, Entebbe, Wakiso District, alongside Nambwayo—an assertion that is untrue.
During a funeral, Ssuuna made shocking remarks that captivated the mourners, including Nsangi Town Council Mayor Mathius Walukaga Mulumba. Ssuuna urged his deceased mother to report Kamoga’s alleged theft of his land to God, seeking divine justice.

“Mum, when you reach before the Lord, please tell God about Kamoga of Kamoga Property Consultants for stealing my land by fraudulently adding another name to my land title. Tell Him that a man, a thief, is troubling my son,” Ssuuna said, drawing applause from the crowd.
Describing Kamoga as a notorious fraudster, Suuna claimed that Kamoga’s actions have caused him untold suffering since 2024, a situation he says has never before occurred.

Ssuuna further appealed to his late mother, stating, “I know you’re going to heaven, but please, as soon as you get there, before even having your tea, tell God that you left me struggling.”
Ssuuna’s emotional outcry prompted other figures in the performing arts sector to demand justice, with one artist, Seguya (known as Kayibanda), warning Kamoga to address the issue or face serious consequences.
“You can’t deceive someone who works hard at night, playing music, and then steal from them, adding another person to their title,” he said.
In response, Kamoga is now demanding a retraction of all defamatory statements within 24 hours, as well as a public apology. He is also seeking 900 million shillings in compensation and 10 million shillings for legal fees from Ssuuna Ben.

Ssuuna’s failure to comply with the directive, civil and criminal legal action will be sought at his cost, and friends linked to the claims are warned.
