Ugandan singer Fille Mutoni is reportedly in a critical medical condition following a drug relapse and is currently hospitalized.
Her former partner and media personality MC Kats, shared disturbing images of Fille receiving treatment on his socials , posting messages like:

“I have tried my best; Help me save Fille.F*** drugs and whoever got them here”.
MC Kats also blamed the Uganda National Musicians Federation (UNMF), led by Eddy Kenzo, over unfulfilled promises of financial support.
He claimed that the federation had promised Shs 25 million for Fille and himself Shs 15 million for Fille and Shs 10 million for him but they never received the funds.

“So UNMF, Eddy Kenzo, you gave Fille 15m and me 10m… Where did we ever get the money? Can govt bring people to account?” Kats questioned in his post.
The troubling news comes days after Fille opened up about her battle with drug withdrawal, revealing that she had cut off contact with her former social circles and stopped using her phone to prevent a relapse.
Fans and fellow artists are now calling for urgent support and transparency as the music community rallies around the embattled singer.
