Latest reports coming through indicates that, Kings Love Entertainment boss Mansoor Ssemanda alias King Saha, is down again battling a very serious disease that saw him rushed to the nearest health center to his home earlier today.
The exact nature of his condition remains a mystery, yet the concern and well-wishes from fans across the country.
Images are currentlycirculating on social media showing King Saha bravely fighting from his hospital bed, connected to medical equipment as he undergoes treatment in yet to be identified hospital.
This not the first time the “Zakayo” hit maker is facing the health setbacks. In late 2022, he had to postpone a concert due to illness, highlighting the challenges he had endured.
We are yet to establish what is troubling the ” Zakayo” singer but we are hopeful that he will be fine very soon.
