Taking it his social media , Eddy Kenzo expressed his sorrows for the loss of the singer.

He stressed that Baby Deo has been a member of Greater Mubende Musicians Association and ardent fan to the Uganda National Musicians Federation activities including the Jam Sessions every Tuesday.

Below is Eddy Kenzo’s full tribute to fallen Baby Deo:

It’s a Sad Day again for the Music industry.

Today we have yet again woken up with the sad news of the sudden passing of our own Baby Deo in a motor accident in Kyengera

Baby Deo has been a member of Greater Mubende Musicians Association and an ardent fan to the Uganda National Musicians Federation activities including the Jam sessions every Tuesday.

It’s indeed Sad to know that you’re no more Baby Deo. I have personally known you for a long time and I will forever miss you and your educative music.

The Music Industry has lost an Icon that is irreplaceable and my thoughts go to his Family and friends and the Greater Mubende Musicians Association where he was a member.

Everytime we met Baby Deo cried for the successful ammendment of the Copyright law and more rights of Musicians to operate in an environment where Musicians get money from their works. He died when the fight is still on but I assure you the win is very near and visible

Let’s meet at the Vigil tonight at the National Theatre as we pay our last respects to our fallen Hero.

Rest in Peace BABY DEO STAR
