Fans of Jamaican dancehall star Spice (Grace Latoya Hamilton) can finally breathe a sigh of relief – her long-awaited Uganda concert has been rescheduled for later this year following its cancellation in December 2025.

The concert, “Spice Queen of Dancehall Live From Jamaica,” was originally set for December 6, 2025, at Lugogo Cricket Oval, but was cancelled due to unfulfilled contractual agreements.

“I was truly excited and looking forward to meeting my brothers and sisters in Uganda, but unfortunately the promoter did not fulfill the contractual agreements,” Spice revealed last November.

Now, organisers have confirmed that the Safari Beats Concert will go ahead after the January 15, 2026, presidential elections.

“All purchased tickets remain valid. Ticket holders should keep their codes and reference numbers safe for the new date,” organisers stated.
