Celebrations are in full swing for Ugandan music couple Geoffrey Lutaaya and Irene Namatovu, as their first-born son, Pius Sonko, has officially graduated from Aston University in the United Kingdom.
Pius earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Management.
The joyful news was shared by a beaming Irene Namatovu, who took to her social media platforms to congratulate her son on reaching this significant milestone.
In an emotional post, she shared a heartwarming video of the graduation ceremony, capturing the proud moment when Pius’s name was called amid cheers from the crowd.
Namatovu expressed the immense pride and gratitude she and her husband feel, noting that they had long prayed and waited for this day.
“Congratulations, Pius… We have always waited for this day in prayer, and we thank God it has come to pass, “Thank you for the hard work and perseverance, our dear son. As the firstborn, thank you for always being exemplary. We are so grateful for this achievement.
