Music has similarly been rewardable to some female artists just like the male artists in Uganda.
Here, we take you through some of the female musicians who have reaped big from the music industry through the career itself, endorsements, loyalties, concerts among others.
1. Rema Namakula
Born on 24th April 1991, Rema Namakula is a Ugandan Female artist, songwriter and music producer who is popularly known for her beautiful voice and hit songs icluding oliwange, Akaliro,Gutujja,juice wa mango to mention but a few.
Rema Namakula has not only been paid off by her music career but also earned income from selling music albums, paid partnerships and endorsement deals with various companies like Jesa Milk, Hema mineral water among others.
2. Spice Diana
Real names Namukwaya Hajara, is a female Ugandan artist who has earned a-lot from her music shows, concerts, music sales and endorsement deals with several companies including Yaket drinking water, Itel, Sums, Lato milk among others.
Spice Diana also owns a music studio and a mansion along Salaama road.
3. Sheeba Karungi
Professionally known as Queen Karma, Sheebah Karungi is a Ugandan artist dancer and actress who has also earned big from the music industry and her talented vocals, endorsements including Jesa among others. She also owns a sanitary pads company dubbed Holic pads, music loyalties among others.
4. Grace Nakimera
A Ugandan gospel artist, dancer, composer and songwriter who collected much from her music career and invested wisely. She owns various apartments,has agricultural projects and also runs a charity organization.
5. Juliana Kamnyomozi
She is a prominent RnB and pop award winning female artist in Uganda and a royal princess in Tooro kingdom.
Through her online musical sales on online channels like spotify, itunes amazon among others, Juliana Kanyomozi has managed to invest wisely and reaped nothing but wealth.
These musicians have not only entertained audiences locally but also gained international attention where they also through musical trips earn a lot.
