After Couple of years at Vision Group’s Bukedde TV, popular TikTok personality Phoebe Kukkiriza, also known as Phoebe K, has officially parted ways with the Industrial Area-based media station.
Phoebe K initially joined Bukedde TV in 2023 to host the daily afternoon music show “Oluyimba Lwo.” By the time of her departure, she had transitioned to hosting an evening show.
Reports suggest that she made the decision to leave the station after not being offered a permanent position. Having worked as a freelancer, she was unable to secure a long-term contract with the media house.
There are also claims of conflicts with some colleagues, which may have contributed to her decision to leave and focus on her personal business ventures.
Currently, She is concentrating on her successful TikTok career and running a wholesale business in the city.
