In one of her posts, Mutoni declared:
“FROM TODAY, I AM SINGLE. IT MARKS THE END OF MY RELATIONSHIP.”
Another post, which appeared shortly after, read:
“Whenever you see your friends attacking your wife, just know it’s you who’s given them that authority. What you do as a wife is to leave your man so that his friends can get him the right woman.”
These ambiguous messages have left many wondering if Mutoni is truly calling it quits with the singer, or if her account was hacked. The timing only adds fuel to the fire, especially since her account soon after shared a campaign poster for Paul Mugambe, the current Mayor of Nakawa and her political superior.
It’s worth noting that Mugambe, who previously had the backing of the National Unity Platform (NUP) for the upcoming elections, was recently dropped in favor of Nubian Li, a close ally of NUP President Robert Kyagulanyi (Bobi Wine).
