Over the weekend, singer-songwriter Nandor Love sparked surprise during a media interview when she revealed that she had no idea Bebe Cool had recently released a new album.
The album, Break The Chains, officially dropped on May 30 and was launched with considerable fanfare, including a high-profile listening party attended by numerous celebrities.
Despite the buzz, Nandor Love best known for her hit “Mpologoma”, responded candidly when asked for her opinion on the project.
“I swear, I will not lie. I do not know it,” she said.
Her comment has raised eyebrows and led to questions about the album’s reach and publicity especially given the massive investment Bebe Cool claims to have made.

According to Bebe, he spent $700,000 on production alone and suggested the overall promotional campaign could total up to $2 million.
With such a significant budget behind it, many are now questioning how a fellow artist in the same music industry could be completely unaware of the release.
