Media personality and pastor Jonathan Nalebo has publicly confirmed his separation from wife Enid Mirembe, former Miss Tourism Busoga Region, marking the end of their seven-year marriage.
In a candid and emotional post, Nalebo shared that the decision to part ways was mutual, made in the interest of peace, healing, and the overall well-being of both individuals.
The couple share two daughters, whom Nalebo assured are safe and well. He also affirmed that Mirembe will have custody of the children, commending her strength and wisdom as a mother.
Describing Mirembe as “an incredible woman” and “too perfect” for him, Nalebo expressed deep regret over how he had handled their relationship, admitting he had failed to fully appreciate the values she upheld.
“As a servant of God, I know I’m called to lead by example—but I have fallen short,” he wrote. “I was warned that the enemy often targets the most precious things—and family is one of them.”

He reflected on the role of faith and the dangers of neglecting prayer, humility, and love, acknowledging how easily division can take root in such moments.
Despite the heartbreak, Nalebo wished Mirembe the best, expressing hope that she finds someone who truly values her.
“I return to the feet of Jesus to seek Him more deeply, serve Him more faithfully, and become the man He originally called me to be,” he said in closing, quoting Psalm 34:18: “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.”
Jonathan Nalebo is the founder of Millennials for Christ Ministries.
