Musician Chozen Blood has spoken out against persistent rumors suggesting he has sustained his career with financial support from older women.
The artist, visibly frustrated, addressed the speculation that has followed him since his rise to fame.
The controversy reignited in 2023 after Chozen Blood gifted himself a brand-new Mercedes-Benz ML for his birthday. Social media was quick to claim the luxury vehicle had been bought for him by a so-called “sugar mummy.”
In response, Chozen Blood firmly denied the claims, stating that he had purchased the car using money earned through his music and personal business ventures.
“I’m an artist, and my music is doing well. I just don’t speak much about it. I’ve done music for years and also run other businesses outside of music. I don’t flaunt my achievements because that’s not who I am,” he said.

The artist emphasized that he is financially independent and refuted any suggestions of exploiting relationships for money.
“I’m a responsible man, and I have people who look up to me. These women being mentioned are my fans—and I love them as fans. Anyone who thinks otherwise is being unfair and selfish,” he added.
Chozen Blood, who has been in the music industry for over a decade, credits his career with supporting him through life including paying for his university education with proceeds from his first hit single Pressure Love, which he released during his senior year in high school.
Although he doesn’t frequently perform in mainstream venues, the artist says he continues to receive steady bookings for corporate events, weddings, bars, and private shows.

He also criticized the media for playing a role in spreading false narratives about his personal life.
“The media has really tarnished my name with these stories. It’s frustrating,” he concluded.
