Congratulations are in order for gospel singer Baby Gloria, real name Gloria Mulungi Senyonjo, and her fiancé Mbaleka Jonas, who are preparing to tie the knot this Friday.
Earlier reports suggested the couple would hold their wedding in early October. However, Baby Gloria has since set the record straight through a post on her Snapchat account, announcing that the wedding will take place on Friday, August 29, 2025, at Redeemed Church in Makerere.
The wedding follows their vibrant traditional introduction ceremony, which took place on August 22, 2025.
During the ceremony, Jonas formally presented dowry to Gloria’s family, which included a treadmill, a 65-inch TV, a cow, goats, and other gifts.
Gloria’s mother, Betty Nakibuuka, expressed joy and pride over her daughter’s decision to pursue a formal, legalized marriage.
The couple is now putting final touches on their preparations as they get ready to walk down the aisle surrounded by close family and friends.
