Goodlyfe singer, Douglas Mayanja alias Weasel Manizo has dispelled the ongoing rumors purporting that he is currently struggling with depression.
For awhile , Weasel Manizo , has been prone to controversies with several reports attributing his character to drug abuse and depression.
The ” Bwekiri” had way been reported to have lost track following the death of his singing partner Mowezy Radio of Goodlyfe and restored to doing drugs and that he is still struggling to adjust to life without him
Rumors further alleged that Weasel has had his ups and downs ,and has on several occasions been Involved in Scandals and allegations of being violent towards members of his family and stakeholders in the Music industry .
For a while now , Weasel has been seen in controversial videos .As these videos have been circulating on the internet , many have come out to state that Weasel is not okay and he needs help to overcome the emotional turmoil he is currently going through.
Weasel during an interview with one of local TV station this week cleared the cow dung purportedly being smeared onto his entire whole.
He stated that he is actually doing fine and that some critics often misinterpret his demeanor, as he is usually seen enjoying himself.
He went to say that someone who is depressed cannot dress and behave like him, as he firmly believes that depressed people are already dead ,having taken their own lives.
He emphasized that although he sometimes gets emotional due to overwhelming happiness , critics wrongly assume that he is depressed,when in fact they are ones battling with it.
He further noted that he is a happily married man with a strong family ,and there is no way he could be struggling with depression.
