Musician Ava Peace has brushed off claims that her rise to fame was a result of Sheebah Karungi’s temporary break from the music scene, insisting that there’s enough space in the industry for all artists to succeed.

While speaking to a Galaxy TV journalist, Ava Peace responded to viral rumors suggesting that Sheebah intentionally stepped back to give younger artists a chance to shine during her maternity leave.
The Kibooko singer laughed off the allegations, calling them baseless. She clarified that both she and Sheebah have continued releasing music actively, and her recent success is simply a reflection of hard work and timing not someone else’s absence.

“Please leave me alone.Even before Sheebah took a break, I was already singing. Nothing has changed. We’re both still making music, and I believe there’s enough room for everyone to shine.”,Ava Peace said
The Team No Sleep artist went on to highlight her success, proudly describing herself as one of the most booked musicians in Uganda. She emphasized that she works at her own pace, always striving to deliver fresh and creative music for her fans.
“I think I’m one of the most booked artists in Uganda. No one pressures me to release songs I do it because I want to give my fans the best. Please keep supporting me, keep booking me, and keep streaming my music.”,she said confidently .
