Team Good Music (TGM) boss, Pius Mayanja alias Pallaso has made a life-changing decision to give his life to Jesus Christ.
On Saturday, the singer visited God’s Gospel Church Ministries in Bombo, where he knelt in prayer, asking for forgiveness and confessing his deepest regrets.
Bishop David Kiganda, Founder and Senior Pastor of Christianity Focus Ministries and Managing Director of His Kingdom Broadcasting Services Ltd in Kampala, Uganda, confirmed this transformative moment in a brief statement.
“I thank God for my brother Pallaso (Pius Mayanja), who has accepted Jesus Christ into his life. This is the Lord’s doing, and it is marvelous in our eyes. To Him alone be all the glory,” he said.
Photos shared by Bishop Kiganda show King of the East with his hands lifted in prayer, later embracing the bishop, symbolizing his spiritual commitment.
The decision came after a turbulent period in Pallaso’s life, including being pursued by authorities on charges of assault against fellow musician Alien Skin.
However, a few days later, the two musicians were seen encountering one another on the streets, seemingly putting aside their differences.
This rough patch appears to have profoundly impacted Pallaso, prompting him to reflect on his spiritual journey and ultimately seek a new path in faith.
