Veteran Ugandan musician Ragga Dee has opened up about the reasons behind his long musical hiatus, revealing that he’s holding off on new releases until the Copyright Law is amended.

Speaking to the media, Ragga explained that while he still has plenty of music projects in the pipeline, his busy schedule and ongoing international commitments have made it difficult to get back into the studio.

“I have a lot of things to do in America, then I’ll go to London, Russia, China, and then back to Uganda, but I will release many songs. I’m only waiting for the Copyright Law to be stabilized and sorted before sharing my new music with the public.”,he said.

Ragga Dee emphasized that he wants to see the law fully approved to ensure proper protection for artists and their work.
