Pastor Aloysius Bugingo has addressed doubts surrounding his recent assassination attempt which claimed the life of his Bodyguard Muhumuza, asserting that he won’t undress for everyone to reveal his back wounds he sustained during the attack
Bugingo made this revelation while addressing the mourners gathered at the burial ceremony of Muhumuza in Sembabule District last Friday.
The aftermath of the triggered, Bugingo revealed that when the attackers started firing bullets through his co- driver’s seat, he hidded under the steering wheel that is how he survived , however he sustained an injury on his back and left hand side of his shoulder, unfortunately his church member didn’t survive because most of the bullets hit him as act as a shield when gunmen splashed bullets on his car.
However, Section of the public have raised questions as some social media users have doubted the Bugingo’s account of the incident, in which he said he was shot in the back.
In his response to the doubters, Bugingo questioned the motive of the people pinning him to undress himself to show the injuries he sustained on his back during the attack as he vowed not to undress to the public to show the proof that he was hurt during attack due to respect for his privacy.
“I will not undress myself for everyone to show the wounds sustained on my back. I have the injuries but this does not call for undressing for whoever wants to see and possibly make it a subject on social media,” Bugingo said to the mourners
