Outspoken media personality and social critic Frank Gashumba has made it clear that his nights are now reserved for his new bride.
Following his traditional wedding to longtime partner Patience Mutoni in May, Gashumba announced that his lifestyle has changed and so should people’s expectations of his availability.
“Stop calling me at night. I have a bride to take care of,Don’t call me after 7.”,he said.
In his usual direct style, Gashumba warned the public that unless it’s an emergency, he won’t respond to any calls after the evening. He emphasized the importance of boundaries, especially in his new phase of life.
Gashumba also took a jab at the growing trend of wedding contribution WhatsApp groups, urging people to take financial responsibility for their own weddings.

“Stop adding us to WhatsApp groups for your weddings,When I married my woman, I didn’t ask for contributions. If you can’t afford a wedding, don’t get married.”,he said.
As always, Gashumba’s comments have sparked conversation, highlighting his unfiltered approach to social issues—and now, to married life.
