The positive news coming through reveals that renowned Ugandan Comedian, Maulana Kasozi alias Maulana of the comedy duo Reign and Maulana has survived spending another night behind bars after being granted a bail.
This happened after spending two days behind bars on charges of family neglect.
Maulana was remanded to Luzira Prison on allegations of Child neglect as he was accused by his ex- baby mama Shubira.
Maulana has over the years had issues concerning his family as previously his wife Shubira Betty Nalujja accused him of domestic violence.
While appearing before the Resident state Attorney Mwanga ll court in Menga earlier today, Maulana was instructed by court to pay an annual Child support of Ugx 10 million to cater for School fees ,rent and feeding.
