Ealier today Friday 26th April 2024, Bobi Wine’s elder brother, Fred Nyanzi Ssentamu alias Chairman Nyanzi and his customarily wedded wife Majorine Namukisa tied the knot.
After Twenty three ( 23) years of courting ,the two lovebirds have exchanged vows at St. Mary’s Cathedral Rubaga in Kampala in the presence of family and friends.
Speaking at the Ceremony ,Bobi Who was among the invited guests disclosed that their grandfather and father also took their marriage vows from the same Catholic church.
The two are expected to host their guests at Freedom City Hall ,along Entebbe Road for the Wedding reception later in the evening.
Nyanzi had earlier said that they chose to cancel the honeymoon citing that he is busy with Politicial party duties.
It should be recalled that the couple’s wedding was meant to go down in 2020 but they had to postpone it after the COVID -19 lockdown that lasted for almost 3 years made it impossible for grand celebrations.
Before the lockdown the couple had already Organized their introduction Ceremony where Majorine introduced Nyanzi to her parents home in Kyankwanzi District.
