The seasoned radio presenter, TV host and events MC is said to be quitting KFM to pursue new opportunities, bringing an end to a long and influential chapter at the Nation Media Group-owned station.

Mulondo, who currently co-hosts the D’Mighty Breakfast Show alongside Faiza Fabz, reportedly informed his bosses of his intention to exit at the end of this month. Sources say he has been aware of his next move for about two months, with only his wife Manuela and a few top executives at NMG privy to the details.

A familiar face in Uganda’s entertainment scene, Mulondo previously presented the popular Mini Buzz and has featured in several media and entertainment projects over the years.

His reported move to a new, high-profile role in a field he is deeply passionate about has sparked optimism for local content, particularly within Uganda’s film and creative industry.

However, fans of the D’Mighty Breakfast Show who had grown fond of his witty, cheeky and energetic morning style are expected to miss his presence on the airwaves.

More details about Mulondo’s next chapter are expected to emerge in the coming days. Stay tuned for updates as the story develops.
