After the sudden postponement of the Blu*3 Reunion Concert last month, which left many excited fans of the Blu*3 trio outfit, it was uncertain whether or not the concert would finally take shape.
As luck would have it , the fans of Blu*3 trio will get to attend the show on June 22nd at Sheraton Hotel Kampala Gardens, announced organisers Talent Africa Group, ealier today.
“Get ready for an incredible journey through time as the original members of BLU*3 re-unite on June 22nd, 2024, at Kampala Sheraton Hotel.
BLU*3 captured the hearts of millions with their infectious melodies, dynamic performances, and undeniable chemistry. Now, after years of anticipation, fans will have the opportunity to witness the magic once again as BLU*3 takes the stage to deliver a show stopping performance at the #BLU3reunion Concert” , Organiser Talent Africa Group disclosed.
It should recalled that the Blu*3; Lilian Mbabazi, Cindy Sanyu, and Jackie Chandiru, gave a memorable mini-concert on their reunion in December 2023 and promised to give their fans a bigger concert this year.
The much-anticipated concert was then set for 8th March (Women’s Day) at the Kampala Serena Hotel. Surprisingly, Ronald Mayinja also fixed his concert at the same venue, on the same date.
Netizens have since wondered how the two concerts will be held at the same venue on the same date.
While announcing her Valentine’s Day show at Skyz Hotel, Cindy Sanyu revealed that the Blu*3 concert was rescheduled to a later date.
She noted that the decision had been taken to let Mayinja hold his show and to give themselves time to prepare a great reunion concert for their thirsty fans.
