Musician Bebe Cool has made it clear that his long-standing issues are strictly with fellow artist and politician Bobi Wine as an individual, not with his family.
Speaking during an interview with Sanyuka TV’s Alfa Timez, Bebe Cool emphasized that his disagreements with Bobi Wine do not extend to his relatives.
In fact, he expressed deep respect for Bobi Wine’s elder brothers, Eddie Yawe and Chairman Nyanzi, noting their cordial relationship and even crediting Yawe for offering him valuable advice on music over the phone.
“When it comes to Chairman Nyanzi and Eddie Yawe, they’re my elders. Yawe calls me and shares musical advice. Having people like that behind your career is a blessing they help you stay grounded,” he said.
Bebe Cool also spoke fondly of Bobi Wine’s children, saying he considers them like his own. He shared that the kids have visited his home and enjoyed swimming with his children.
“I speak to them. When I meet Bobi’s kids, they’re just like mine. The boys come over to swim, and I’ve met the little girl too. The conflict is between two men, not the families,” he explained.
Recently, Bebe Cool was spotted mingling with Bobi Wine’s younger brother, singer Dax Vibez, at the Roast & Rhyme event. The interaction sparked excitement among fans, many of whom urged the two to collaborate on a song.
When asked about the possibility of working with Dax Vibez, Bebe Cool responded candidly, saying the young artist still needs to develop his career before they can work together.
“Dax has to go through the same journey as everyone else. He needs to build his brand to a certain level before we can collaborate,” Bebe Cool stated.
