Seasoned Journalist, Andrew Mwenda has allegedly tied the knot with long -time partner Fifi in a private Ceremony at one of Country’s prominent resorts.
The 52 year old Journalist exchanged vow with his girlfriend in private scientific wedding ceremony surrounded by close family ,friends and several Politicians
Some of the notable figures in attendance were ministers Norbert Mao and Jim Muhwezi.
Insider sources say that Andrew’s wife is a cousin to the first Lady Janet Kataaha Museveni. And on May 23rd, 2003 Mwenda and Fifi celebrated their 20th anniversary.
Muwenda’s intimate life is one that has been up for public debate for so long .With a status such as his ,one would expect him to have a very well known and decorated family in the public eye.However , this is not the case as hardly anything is known about him, his beau and probably children.
Mwenda has had rumors speculating that he might be gay .He in fact a few years ago confirmed the Speculations .This was an allegations thrown at him by opposition Politicial party FDC .
The Najjanankumbi party made this claim after his scrutiny of the party but Mwenda found this as a blackmail charge and consented to the label.
