Rising rap sensation Fresh Kid is about to take a significant step in his academic and musical journey.The 12-year-old artist, who recently completed his primary education at Kampala Parents School, has secured a scholarship to attend Cambridge International School next year, marking an exciting new chapter in his life.
The scholarship was made possible through the efforts of former Minister Nakiwala Kiyingi, who personally contacted the school’s administrators to ensure Fresh Kid’s admission.
During a recent performance over the weekend, Nakiwala expressed her pride in the young artist’s accomplishments and commended his talent.
“Patrick, you are a fortunate child. I’ve already spoken to the administrators at Cambridge International School, and they’ve agreed to grant you a scholarship. You’ll soon be an international musician,” she told the audience with pride.
