NBS TV Journalist Canary Mugume has hit back at ex-wife Sasha Ferguson’s domestic violence claims with a shocking counter accusation as he claims that he was the real victim of domestic abuse.
In a fiery post on X, Canary Mugume said he is among the “unreported men” suffering violence from partners with “uncontrolled anger issues.” He claims he even has photos of himself bleeding after alleged assaults.
Canary also denied being an irresponsible father, saying he’s only seen his kids once in 10 months, but has never stopped financially supporting them, complete with receipts and “thank you” messages.
He further revealed he won custody in court, but the ruling was “deliberately ignored” by authorities. He says the mother once deserted the kids in a locked apartment while traveling abroad.
Calling out society for always believing women, Canary urged men to speak up before it’s too late.
“To me,speak up against violence from your wives when you still have the chance .I suffered in silence for too long” ,he stated .
He says this is his last statement, asking for space to heal as the drama with Sasha continues to unfold.
This comes shortly after Sasha Ferguson publicly shared her own emotional account of alleged domestic abuse , sparking massive public debate and dividing opinions a cross social media .
