Last night, Ugandan musicians Cindy Sanyu and Dax Vibez both saw an incredible turnout at their respective concerts, even though they were held on the same evening.
Dax Vibez marked a major milestone with his first-ever solo concert at the UMA Showgrounds, themed around an All-White party. The venue was a sea of white as both artists and fans turned up in matching outfits to show their support for Dax on his special night.
The standout moment of Dax Vibez’s concert came when music icon Bobi Wine made a surprise appearance with his wife, Barbie Kyagulanyi.
The couple was spotted dancing and enjoying the night, a heartwarming sight that underscored their excitement and celebration of Dax’s big achievement.
Meanwhile, Cindy packed the Millennium Grounds in Lugogo for her Royal Experience Concert, drawing a massive crowd of her devoted “Cindicates.”
As expected, the self-proclaimed Queen delivered an electrifying, well-choreographed performance that left the audience craving more.
However, Cindy’s night wasn’t without challenges. During her opening set, there was a sound issue that caused a brief interruption, throwing off her performance. But true to her word, she pushed through the setback and gave her fans a show to remember.
A number of local artists, including Ziza Bafana, Vyper Ranking, Karole Kasita, Da Agent, and Blu 3, all came out to support their fellow artist.
Cindy wrapped up her performance with her latest hit, See You Tonight, featuring Omega 256, who sweetly presented her with a bouquet as a gesture of thanks.
