He explained that tensions within the group began to surface whenever they were booked for performances. According to him, some members felt they weren’t receiving a fair share of the payment.

“As the group gained popularity, some of the members started pulling away. They believed they could earn more as solo acts rather than splitting the earnings among the band and management. Eventually, they didn’t even want to show up when we were announced to perform.”,Kenzo said.

Kenzo expressed disappointment that the artists didn’t acknowledge the role the group played in building their careers.

“At some point, it made sense. But they didn’t stop to reflect on the foundation I helped build. No one can be greater than the company itself,” he added.

This isn’t the first time Big Talent Band has faced internal issues. Former member Geosteady previously revealed that his decision to leave was due to poor communication from management.

He claimed that shows were often scheduled at the last minute, disrupting personal plans and professional commitments.
