Socialite Shanitah Namyimba alias Bad Black has given fashion stylist Kim Swagga a legal ultimatum demanding he publicly release DNA test results that allegedly prove he is not the biological father of her daughter, Davina.
Earlier this week, Kim Swagga denied paternity, claiming a private DNA test showed he wasn’t the child’s father.
However, Bad Black is now demanding he present the test results within 48 hours, or face legal consequences.
In a Facebook post, Bad Black made her position clear:
“Lawful Kim Swagga, I demand that you disclose the DNA results within 48 hours. You can either share them with my lawyers or post them on your Facebook—my full consent is given. FAILURE TO COMPLY with this request will result in my lawyers pursuing both Criminal & Civil actions against you for violating the child’s privacy, defamation, neglect, and the emotional distress caused, along with the embarrassment and costs that will follow.”
She argues that Kim Swagga’s statements have infringed on the child’s privacy and caused significant psychological harm.
If Kim Swagga fails to provide proof of the DNA test, She is prepared to take legal action on various grounds, including defamation and child neglect.
