Team Good Music boss Pallaso has sparked major online debate after declaring that promoters should stay away unless they are ready to pay UGX 15 million for a performance.
During a fiery TikTok Live session, the “Mama” hitmaker made it clear that he won’t compromise his value, insisting that his set price is non-negotiable.
Pallaso’s remarks immediately stirred reactions among fans, with some viewers arguing that the amount is too high. But the Sucker Free Boss didn’t flinch.
“I already set my price. Don’t approach me unless you have UGX 15M. If you don’t want to book me, leave me alone. There are many artists go to them,” he ranted.
He wondered why the same people who insult his pricing still return begging for bookings.
The heated outburst reportedly followed comments from presenter Haffy Powers, who claimed Pallaso was overhyped and overpriced earlier in his career. Her remarks didn’t sit well with the longtime star.
Pallaso accused such media personalities of disrespecting seasoned artists in favour of “rushed, untalented newbies” who blow up for a few weeks and disappear.
According to him, what separates him from the pack is his deep catalogue, which can keep him performing for hours without running out of hits.
Pallaso’s firm stance has since ignited fresh conversations about artist value, pricing, and respect in Uganda’s music industry.
