The entertainment community in Mbale is reeling after the tragic death of popular master of ceremonies and media personality MC Gavin born Jonathan Wanambwa.
The 30-year-old master of ceremonies, video jockey, and TV presenter was reportedly killed on Tuesday evening in a suspected domestic altercation that also claimed the life of his partner.
According to preliminary reports, Wanambwa was attacked at a private residence and later rushed to Mbale Regional Referral Hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
Police suspect that the fatal stabbing was carried out by his girlfriend, who is believed to have taken her own life following the incident.
