Ugandan singer King Saha has expressed deep frustration after his much-anticipated Kyotera concert was cancelled just hours before showtime.
The show was meant to be his second extra – concert performance, following a successful event held at Summer Gardens- Mukono on Saturday. Fans in Kyotera had already geared up for the big night, only for things to fall apart unexpectedly.
Saha released a statement revealing that the concert was stopped under unclear circumstances, despite him and his team fulfilling all requirements.
“It’s very sad that under unclear circumstances, my Kyotera concert scheduled for TODAY has been cancelled. Despite fulfilling all necessary requirements, the DPC and RDC of Kyotera have halted it at the eleventh hour. I am yet to understand the justification for this unfair decision aimed at stopping me from performing in my own homeland of Kyotera.” 💔,he wrote.
The cancellation has left both the singer and his fans disappointed, with many now questioning why authorities blocked the show at the very last minute.
