Prominent Masaka businessman Emmanuel Lwasa, now known as Acram after recently converting to Islam at Kibuli Mosque, has announced plans to undertake a pilgrimage to Mecca.
Emmanuel Lwasa says the spiritual journey is part of his commitment to seeking divine guidance, including help in finding a Muslim wife who aligns with his values and expectations.
“Though I’ve had relationships before, I’ve yet to find a woman who truly fits what I’m looking for,I desire a beautiful woman not just for appearance, but because beauty brings peace and prosperity. I didn’t convert to Islam for a woman, but now that I’m on this path, I’d like one who shares my faith.”,he shared.
Reflecting on his lifestyle changes, Emmanuel Lwasa admitted to previously indulging in excessive drinking sometimes consuming up to 25 beers a day and regularly eating pork. However, he says those habits are now behind him.
“I used to sit on beer crates and couldn’t attend a gathering without alcohol. I was also a regular at pork joints. But that’s not the life I want anymore.”,he recalled.
