Renowned two-time national rally champion, Super Lady Susan Muwonge, is mourning the heartbreaking loss of her five-year-old daughter, Thecla Mary Nalwanga, who died over the weekend following a tragic accident during a motorcycle training session.

The incident occurred at the Garuga racing track along Entebbe Road, where young riders were practicing ahead of the sixth round of the National Motorcycle Championship, set for Sunday, 27th July 2025.

Nalwanga, a promising talent in the juniors’ category, collided with another young rider during a drill. Both fell to the ground. In a devastating turn of events, a senior-category rider unaware of the incident was airborne over a jump and landed directly on Nalwanga, fatally striking her head.

She was immediately rushed to Kisubi Hospital in critical condition but sadly succumbed to her injuries shortly after arrival.
