1. Hamis Kigundu
A 5 million dollar mansion, the renowned real estate mogul owns one of the most beautiful luxurious homes considered to be the largest Mansion in Kampala.

Godfrey Kirumira is believed to have spent about $500,000 which is approximately to 2billion shillings while constructing his luxurious mansion that is located in the upscale neighborhood of Buziga.
4. Captain Mike Mukula
George Micheal Mukula in a Ugandan businessman, politician and a professional pilot who owns a conglomerate of 28 companies under the Mukula Group of companies, member of the NRM ruling party and currently holds the position of vice chairman for the same party in Uganda.
He lives in a multi million mansion in Bugolobi Kampala Lutthuli Avenue which has spacious rooms with good furniture, a swimming pool and well equipped gym among others.
5. Kiyimba Freeman
John Kiyimba Freeman is a successful businessman who owns one of the most luxurious homes in Kampala City seated on 2 acres of land.
He says his mansion cost him 10billion Uganda Shillings and took him three years to complete. The house has over 18 rooms and he says he got the house plan from the United States.
