Ugandan artist Chozen Blood has confirmed that he and singer Winnie Nwagi have officially reconciled, putting an end to years of silence and speculation following their much-publicized fallout.
The rift between the two musicians became a topic of public interest last year when a leaked audio clip surfaced online.
In the emotional recording, Nwagi voiced her frustration over Chozen Blood ignoring her calls, ultimately stating she would no longer reach out if he couldn’t clarify their relationship.
Although both artists consistently denied being romantically involved, the tension between them was palpable, and they eventually stopped communicating altogether.
However, during a recent interview on NRG Radio, Chozen Blood shared that they’ve finally made peace.
“We reconciled just a few days ago,” he said. “It’s been a while coming, but real friends do annoy each other sometimes.”
He went on to explain that personal struggles in his life had led him to pull away from many people, including Nwagi. Now that those issues are behind him, he says the two have moved forward.
“She unblocked me on social media and calls we both missed each other.We had to stop pointing fingers and just apologize. That’s what real friendship is about.”,he added.
