Renowned Ugandan Luga-flow rapper Frank Mukiiza, better known as Feffe Bussi, has revealed that he is considering a return to school to pursue a law degree, a move he believes would strengthen his plans of joining active politics.
The “Who Is Who” hitmaker shared this while responding to questions about his frequent appearances at political campaign rallies, a trend that has sparked debate among fans and critics alike.
According to Feffe, politics in Uganda has greatly changed over the years. Unlike in the past when leadership was largely associated with older generations, he says politics today involves everyone, especially the youth.
He explained that with politics now affecting every aspect of daily life, it has become almost impossible for anyone to stay on the sidelines. This, he says, has pushed him to think seriously about playing a more direct role in shaping the country’s future.
Feffe openly stated that becoming an active politician is part of his long-term vision, driven by a strong desire to help change the status quo and represent the voices of his generation.
The rapper added that young people have a responsibility to step up and take part in national development, rather than leaving everything to older leaders.
As part of that journey, Feffe Bussi revealed that he often dreams of going back to school to study law, believing the course would equip him with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively advocate for change.
“The level at which politics is at play in our country, everyone is now involved, and there is no way you can avoid it. Being an active politician is something I’m passionate about. When it comes to changing our nation, it’s our generation, and we must play our role. Sometimes I dream of returning to school to pursue a law course,” Feffe said.
