Renowned media personality Faridah Nakazibwe has broken her silence after two years away from the public eye, offering fans a long-awaited update and hinting at a major comeback that won’t involve television.
In a candid chat during Bruno K’s viral TikTok Live, Nakazibwe shared that she is wrapping up her planned hiatus, which she took to focus on motherhood, personal growth, and business ventures.
“I’m nearing the end of my break. In less than two months, I’ll reveal what I’ve been working on but I won’t share details just yet,” she said.
Nakazibwe stepped away from her role at NTV Uganda in 2023 after a remarkable 17-year tenure, choosing to embrace a quieter life centered on peace, family, and purpose. She welcomed her baby, Marktoum, in early 2024 and has since prioritized motherhood.
Though fans were hopeful for a return to the TV screen, Nakazibwe confirmed she’s heading in a different direction.
“I gave myself two years for this break, and I’m about one and a half years in — but I won’t wait to complete it. I’m coming back, but definitely not to TV,” she stated.
Her revelation has sparked speculation online, with fans eager to see whether she’s launching a new brand, starting a foundation, or creating a digital platform. Whatever the venture, Nakazibwe’s poised return is already generating buzz — and her signature grace and authenticity are deeply missed.
