Eddy Kenzo, a globally celebrated artist with numerous awards to his name, has made an undeniable impact on the music industry. But for him, music has never been just about fame or financial gain.
In a recent interview with Sanyuka TV, the Big Talent boss was asked about retirement plans a question he quickly brushed off.
“Music isn’t a job to me, so there’s nothing to retire from, I’ve never felt like I’m working or employed.”,Kenzo said.
For Kenzo, music is more than a career it’s a passion that comes naturally. He approaches his craft with freedom and flexibility, working when inspired and resting when needed.
“A lot of people reach out asking me to perform, and sometimes I say no because I’m resting. Then one morning, I wake up ready to create again. That’s just how I operate,” he explained.
With such a deeply personal connection to his art, it’s clear that Kenzo isn’t planning to step away from music anytime soon.
