Tanzanian music star Naseeb Abdul Juma Issack, popularly known as Diamond Platnumz, has opened up about the complexities of his fatherhood journey, admitting he’s unsure how many of the children he raises are biologically his.
In a candid interview on a podcast, the celebrated Bongo Flava artist discussed his relationships with multiple women and his role as a father to several children.
Despite harboring doubts about the paternity of some, Diamond says he remains committed to supporting them.
“I have kids, but I also know that some might not be mine. I don’t want to argue with the mothers, so I choose to take care of all of them,” he revealed.
When asked how many children he has, the singer hesitated before responding,
“Four, five, or six. Like I said, these things can get complicated. But I do my best to take care of all of them.”
Diamond has publicly fathered children with several high-profile women, including Ugandan socialite Zari Hassan, Tanzanian model Hamisa Mobetto, and Kenyan singer Tanasha Donna.
His personal life has often made headlines, marked by both his musical success and his tumultuous romantic relationships.
