Singer and Presidential Advisor Catherine Kusasira has raised concerns over the behavior of fellow singer and media personality Full Figure (real name Jennifer Nakangubi), suggesting that she may need a mental health evaluation.

Kusasira’s remarks follow numerous public complaints accusing Full Figure of verbal abuse and inappropriate conduct, often without any consequences.

“I believe Full Figure should undergo a mental health check-up by professionals. We could be dealing with someone suffering from a mental condition,” Catherine Kusasira stated.

The former Eagles Production singer also revealed that she has personally endured years of abuse from Full Figure, claiming the attacks date back as far as 2003.

Kusasira further clarified that contrary to Full Figure’s public claims, she is not a Presidential Advisor but rather a mobilizer. She criticized Full Figure for allegedly misusing her position and conducting herself in an unprofessional manner.

“Full Figure is not a Presidential Advisor; she’s just a mobilizer. If she thinks otherwise, let her show us her ID. We only have a few official Presidential Advisors,” Kusasira said.

She went on to commend the Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) for suspending Full Figure’s television show but urged the regulatory body to take further action.

“I appreciate UCC for suspending her TV program, but that’s not enough. They should ban her social media accounts completely because the offensive videos are still online,” Kusasira added.

According to Kusasira, Full Figure has a long history of publicly insulting others, to the extent that it affects the victims’ families and personal lives.

She also recalled that the animosity began in 2003 when Full Figure, who was then working as a house help in her home, started insulting her—even when Kusasira’s child was just a year old.

“She’s been doing this for over 20 years. It’s too much. We are asking UCC and other authorities to step in and address this issue seriously,” Kusasira concluded.
