Singer Aroma Music has spoken out for the first time about her decision to leave Jeff Kiwa’s renowned music label, Team No Sleep (TNS), after a short stint with the team.
Aroma, who joined the label known for producing stars like Sheebah Karungi, Grenade Official, and Pinky, explained that while she remains on good terms with Jeff Kiwa, the intense pace at TNS was more than she could handle.
“Jeff runs things at a very fast pace , I had to fund everything myself because he wasn’t investing in me, and I couldn’t keep up. I didn’t have the resources to produce about four projects a month, which is his style.”,she said.
She described Jeff Kiwa as a manager who expects constant output and high productivity something she wasn’t financially ready for at the time.
Despite stepping away from the label, Aroma emphasized that there’s no bad blood between her and Jeff. In fact, he still reaches out with opportunities when he believes she’s the right fit for a project.
